CT-EW1 Calibration Table
The CT-EW1 Calibration Table (designed by Prof. Erhard Wielandt of STS-1 and STS-2 fame) is a small, easily transportable high-precision instrument for the absolute calibration of broadband and short-period seismometers.

  • Seismometers: Common Features  ( 2 items )
This category lists those features that are common to all or almost all LE-xD models.

  • LE-3Dlite  ( 2 items )
LE-3Dlite MkII (1 Hz, 3 components) is the undisputed bestseller in Lennartz electronic's seismometer portfolio. Well over 1,800 units are in worldwide use every day.

  • LE-1DV  ( 2 items )
LE-1DV is basically a single-component (vertical) version of LE-3Dlite, packed in an even smaller housing.

  • LE-3D/5s  ( 4 items )
LE-3D/5s is the runner-up in popularity. Arguably the best all-round sensor available, LE-3D/5s specifically appeals to the ever growing group of users interested in H/V spectra ratios (Nakamura method).

  • LE-3D/20s  ( 2 items )
LE-3D/20s is a 3-component seismometer featuring a 0.05 Hz to 40 Hz passband. The classic 20 seconds eigenperiod is still attractive today - even in the age of broadband and ultra-broadband. Unlike a "real" broadband sensor, LE-3D/20s is typically up and running in less than two minutes, and does not require clumsy and complicated insulation hoods and breakout boxes.

  • LE-3D/BH  ( 6 items )
LE-3D/BH is a 3-component, 1 Hz borehole seismometer, suitable for deployment under water (typically down to 250 meters; deeper deployment is possible under certain circumstances).
